Your authorization code was mailed to you on official National Portrait Service letterhead following the acceptance of your commission inquiry. It is formatted as NPS- followed by five digits (example: NPS-27481).

Entering your code here confirms your commission and grants access to the reference photograph submission portal. If you have not yet submitted an inquiry, please contact the Registrar's Office to begin.
